Types
Color with red, green, blue and alpha components. Each RGB component is a number between 0.0 and 1.0 indicating the component's intensity. The alpha component is a number between 0.0 (fully transparent) and 1.0 (fully opaque) indicating the color's opacity.
Holds attributes controlling the style, size and other attributes of earth.worldwind.shape.Label shapes and the textual features of earth.worldwind.shape.Placemark and other shapes. The values used for these attributes are those defined by the CSS Font property.
Framebuffer with a multisample color renderbuffer attached. Used as the surface-shape render target so triangle and line edges get MSAA coverage instead of binary 1-bit coverage; resolveTo then blits the result into a single-sample texture for sampling.
Texture wrapper for external producers (typically Android SurfaceTexture from MediaPlayer / MediaCodec / Camera2) bound to GL_TEXTURE_EXTERNAL_OES. Storage is owned by the external producer; this class never calls glTexImage2D. Sample with the OES shader variant (samplerExternalOES) - the standard sampler2D won't bind to this target.
Handle to a rendering resource, such as a GLSL program, GL texture or GL vertex buffer object.
iOS render-resource cache with the async retrieval pipeline wired up. Mirrors the JVM version's structure: separate retrieval queues for remote (URL) vs local (resource/file) sources, an absent-resource list to suppress repeated retries on missing tiles, and an eviction queue so GL deletes happen on the GL thread (releaseEvictedResources called from WorldWindow.doFrame).
iOS TextRenderer. Lays text out as an NSAttributedString using the engine's Font (mapped to a UIFont), draws each line into a tightly-packed RGBA8 CGBitmapContext via UIKit's text drawing APIs, then wraps the resulting bytes in an ImageTexture for GL upload.
